Check refrigerant levels
Clean & inspect condenser coil
Check amp draws
Check capacitor for proper microfarad readings
Check thermostat calibration
Check high/low voltage wiring connections
Check air flow
Check proper temperature differential readings
Inspect duct work
Check blower wheel for proper balance & clearance vibrations
Check air filter
Clear & treat A/C condensate drain lines
Record superheat / subcooling
Check system’s overall operations

Fall Check:

Check heat exchanger
Check burners & burner operation
Check ignition parts & ignition operation
Check gas line & shut off valves
Check for gas leaks & defaults
Inspect exhaust vents for proper clearance & obstructions
Check heat strip amp draw (electric heat)
Check amp draws
Check high & low voltage wiring connections
Inspect duct work & assess air flow
Check return air filter
Check for proper temperature rise
Check thermostat calibration
